Abstract

Adorable Project is one of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) that operates in the sale of women's fashion products and is located in the city of Cimahi, West Java. The company has a problem with sales in a fluctuating omnichannel marketplace and fails to meet its monthly sales target by 2022. These problems are caused by very dynamic fashion market trends, the quality of goods from vendors, quality control processes, warehouse supply management, channel management, and promotional strategies currently in place. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is used to show nine blocks of the business model of a company that aims to generate revenue. The study also used a system dynamics simulation that could explain the interaction of the system elements of the nine blocks of the business model. Proposed improvements to the issues raised by selecting simulation scenarios by improving quality control and increasing promotion costs. This scenario provides a sales output that can meet the target and provide the best sales value.
